Support for 'higher' com ports?

Is it possible to use higher comport numbers?
I can only find com1-4 in the Psi2Win interface.
My laptop has no rs232, so I use an USB to serial cable ( with prolific chip ). It presents a com7 to the windows xp operating system.
So it would be nice to have an option to select com7 as communication port.

Find the answer.
In XP it is possible to alter the properties of the 'virtual serial port'. I remapped COM7 to COM1 and Psi2Win accepts this. Server is working fine now.
Just testing the upload ( from LZ to laptop ). Will try download later. So far so good.
Thanx for this nice software!

So you found a workaround, allright!
However, Psi2Wid DOES actually support higher COM-Ports, it's all described in the README-file.
In short: You need to edit PSI2WIN.INI, the setup file that is established in the program folder after Psi2Win was run for the very first time.

Rough translation: There's a new build of Psi2Win!!
